βœ… Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered items
  • Products purchased during sales/promotions (unless defective)
  • Perishable or consumable goods past their best-before date

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email/phone
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your bank/UPI details securely when requested.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will offer a free replacement (subject to stock availability).

❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
